0);">为改善空气质量，防止秸秆禁烧，保障人民群众的身体健康及财产安全，该镇实行了专事专人负责的网格化管理机制，党员干部组成宣传组，通过悬挂横幅、张贴标语、广播、入户等形式，宣传秸秆禁烧的重大意义和焚烧秸秆的处罚规定，提高秸秆禁烧政策知晓率，积极营造全面禁烧的良好氛围。以“专人站岗”和“流动巡逻”相结合的方式，分包地块到人，“夜晚查火点、白天查黑斑”，全天候巡查，严密监控，一旦发现火点及时制止、扑灭并上报。同时，与各村签订秸秆禁烧责任状，将秸秆禁烧工作纳入年度综合考核指标，严格考核，明确奖惩措施，对因工作不到位、措施不落实、发生露天焚烧现象的村将严肃处理。</span></section><section 0);">“厕所革命”是与群众生活息息相关的民生工程，为保质保量实现农村无害化厕所全覆盖，该镇专门成立以主要领导为组长的厕所革命领导小组，形成镇村干部齐上手的工作格局，走村入户，按照一户一册一档案进行认真细致的对照核查，查缺补漏，对改厕存在的问题进行了详细记录，并责令整改到位，确保此项工作有效推进，改善农村人居环境，提高群众生活品质。</span></section></section><section 0);">作为沿海乡镇，汤家河镇辖区内河流、入海口众多，致使很多濒危鸟类来此逗留、居住。为切实加强野生动物资源保护，坚决遏制捕猎野生鸟类的非法行为，营造人与动物和谐共生的良好环境，汤家河镇主动出击，“高要求”部署、“全覆盖”排查，在主干道显眼位置、河流、入海口附近进行“多维度”宣传，提高民众保护意识和水平。同时，派专人加强巡护，重点对耕地、果园、沿海滩涂等候鸟迁徙通道沿途、重要栖息地进行“拉网式”排查，彻底拆除捕鸟网、转笼、地笼等非法捕猎工具，切实做好野生动物保护工作，竭力打造野生动物保护的良好环境。</span></section></section><section
